Hello,

My name is Jesslynne and I’m the new Nurse Practitioner joining the My Next Steps team. I recently graduated from UNC Wilmington in May with my Doctorate in family medicine, essentially the jack of all trades. My work background includes 11+ years at “Grace” hospital with the last 8 years being in the emergency room. I’m a Morganton local and have been living in Burke County since 2001. I married my high school sweetheart in 2007. Since then our family has grown and we now have 5 daughters, 3 dogs, 1 cat, and a cockatiel. In my free time, I love being outdoors in the mountains or at the lake with family and friends. My second favorite activity is going to the movie theater for nachos and cheese with extra jalapenos, the movie is just a bonus. I love music and my hobbies include playing piano/ukulele/drums and singing Karaoke with my girls. I am excited to be able to give back to my community and help people evolve into the best version of themselves.
